Our kitchen is characterized by being simple and focusing on products offered by small local producers, with the aim of enhancing the local economy. We work in line with the seasons and what is provided by the sea and soil. This allows us to offer food which is exceptionally fresh and of high quality. Aligned with this philosophy, part of our offering includes rock fish chased by hand, sea-food extracted by fishermen from Punta de Lobos, salt and quinoa from Cahuil, in addition to the most exclusive wines from the Colchagua Valley.
